Working in deep collaboration with the client, this residence embodies our commitment to making our client’s dreams a reality.  Perched in the foothills of Nevada County this 3-bedroom residence was built to house the owner’s growing family.  The primary bedroom is separated from the children’s rooms with the main living area, connected through a central spine. Honest expression of structure is showcased in the exposed heavy timber and steel rafters in the main living space, the weathered steel standing seam roof, and exposed rafters at the exterior loggia.  Locally milled cedar finishes exude warmth throughout the home’s interior.
