Designed to be the future guest house on a 38 acre parcel at the end of the road, this small, economical studio apartment makes the most of its 480 sf footprint.  The kitchen, always the heart of the home, dominates the main living area.  The more private program elements: closet, laundry and bathroom, are clustered within a plywood clad box nestled in the corner of the modest dwelling.  The bedroom window was designed specifically for the bedside table, also designed and built by JGD.
