Our relationship with Hawk Feather Farms has spanned several phases of development over the past several years. We first worked with the client on a remodel and change of use permit for an existing historic barn. From there we consulted on two separate site planning phases for a new, and expanded, commercial mixed-light cannabis cultivation operation. To support the cultivation operation, we permitted a 2,880 SF processing building. The members of the Nevada County Cannabis Compliance Department have recognized Hawk Feather Farm as a model for what commercial cannabis operations should look like.
