Dencob Farms has been one of our most prolific commercial cannabis clients. Over the span of just over two years, we permitted four commercial cannabis operations, a large commercial processing building, and two new residences (still under construction). Dencob has relied on us to not only produce site plans and building permit drawings, but to also be an advocate and ally time and time again. We have worked with Nevada County to gain approvals for various phases while outstanding items remained to be approved.
